As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising daily store operations, guiding team members, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support retail team members to achieve store goals.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly.
• Train and mentor new and existing staff to improve performance and product knowledge.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with management to implement sales strategies and promotions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a team lead or in a supervisory role within retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
