Batteries Plus in Shakopee is hiring a full-time team member who enjoys working with their hands and helping people solve practical problems.
This job includes installing car batteries, repairing key fobs, replacing watch batteries, and helping customers find the right power solutions.

What You'll Do:

Customer Service & Sales

• Hands-On Work

  • Install car batteries
  • Repair key fobs and replace watch batteries
  • Help customers troubleshoot battery and lighting problems
  • Deliver products to local business customers

  Customer Service

  • Help customers choose the right battery or lighting product
  • Answer phones and assist with sales

  Store Operations

  • Restock shelves and maintain displays
  • Keep the store clean and organized
  • Support daily store operations

What We're Looking For

• Customer service or hands-on experience preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal communication and people skills.
• Comfortable learning technology systems (POS, inventory tools).
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and dependable.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform hands-on tasks.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work nights/weekends. (Store Closes at 7:00pm)
