Retail Technology Manager (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Burlington, MA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week)
Start Date: July 1, 2026
Duration: 6-12 Month W2 Contract (Contract to hire)
Pay Rate: $65-$80/hour W2 (depending on experience)
About the Opportunity
Russell Tobin is partnering with a nationally recognized specialty retail and consumer brand to hire an experienced IT Retail Lead. This organization operates a large network of customer-facing retail locations across the United States and is known for delivering premium in-store experiences through a blend of exceptional products, hospitality, and technology.
This role will serve as the primary technical expert for the U.S. retail store technology environment, leading initiatives that support store operations, point-of-sale systems, networking infrastructure, and overall retail technology performance.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with hands-on experience supporting multi-site retail environments and driving technology projects that directly impact store operations and customer experience.
