Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started.The Reality Labs (RL) team is seeking a Technical Program Manager to help develop and deploy high impact retail technologies that power the retail displays and demo devices. These programs drive trial and conversion for our Hardware at the point of sale by allowing customers to try our products and understand them better. This role is responsible for executing the demo strategy of product lines from Meta's RL group that are presented in all consumer facing environments in the North Americas region including: retail and global partner events. The Retail Technology Program Manager will act as the main point of contact for implementing Retail Demo and Display Technologies, operate cross-functionally and manage the strategic design, planning and execution of demos from prototype to end of life. They will manage and interface with internal marketing, third party technical partners, content creators, channel marketing teams and retail partners. **Required Skills:** Retail Technology Program Manager, Interactive Technologies Responsibilities: 1. Develop demo technical requirements for RL retail demo devices and lead the deployment of the product's retail launch 2. Develop demo technical requirements for retail display partners in-region 3. Create demo best practices training and documentation for developers/partners 4. Help develop and maintain scalable retail technology solutions such as content and device management systems 5. Collaborate closely with Analytics teams to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), set program guidelines, develop/select the right analytics tool, review demo/display engagement metrics and build upon the data to improve the customer experiences 6. Execute multiple retail demo content and software updates year-round across VR 7. Assist stakeholders in the evaluation, selection, and revision of retail demo content 8. Partner closely with the Field sales team to understand potential issues and build tech solutions that are field friendly and support fixture tech maintenance by building troubleshooting documents 9. Drive alignment between regional marketing teams and the core Demo team to ensure synergy with every demo install and update 10. Partner with regional marketing to ensure demos meet the requirements and specifications of different retailers 11. Build and track program budgets, develop RFI/RFQ documents to support with technology vendor selection, build supplier SOWs and serve as primary POC for technical vendors 12. Manage day-to-day relationships with retail technical support partners and scale the relationships accordingly **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 13. 5+ years of experience in technical project/product management, or equivalent 14. Understanding of Hardware and Software development processes 15. Hands-on experience with bug and project tracking tools such as JIRA, Asana 16. Experience building and maintaining project trackers for complex technology programs 17. Interpersonal, approachable and adaptable 18. Interpersonal, approachable and adaptable in a complex, matrixed environment 19. Highly effective at managing conflict and address issues between stakeholders swiftly 20. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Computer Engineering **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 21. Past Experience in developing and deploying Software in retail environment 22. Understanding how retail devices and interactive display technologies are developed is a plus 23. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) 24. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) 25.
