What You’ll Do as a Dynamic Retailer

• Greet every guest with a warm smile and positive energy
• Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently
• Prepare coffee and beverages with care and pride
• Keep displays fresh, inviting, and well-stocked
• Support the team in a fast-paced, lively café environment
• Assist with online orders and maintain a clean, safe space
• Rotate through roles such as Barista, Greeter, Merchandiser, and Pick-Up Pro

What You Bring to Our Loving Team

• At least 1 year of customer service, food, or retail experience preferred
• Friendly attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems accurately
• Commitment to consistent scheduling and exceptional service
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and follow food safety guidelines
