MD Experience Requirement - Open to Residents - Need to be able to adapt to 30 cases / week quickly
Compensation - 1st year guarantee 350K Est. (PTO/ 401K/ Full Medical Dental)

Practice Location - El Paso, TX - lower than normal cost of living; Great appreciative patients, good private schools; snow skiing 2 hours north; Excellent climate - 297 days of sunshine per year and verage year-round temp of 80 degrees
