Job Title: Retirement Operations Specialist
Location: Pennington, NJ
Pay Rate: Up to $23.44/hour (W2)
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Duration: 11 Months (Potential to convert to FTE; not guaranteed)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Retirement Operations Specialist to join the Health Benefit Solutions (HBS) Operations team within Wealth Management Operations. This role supports onboarding, plan maintenance, and operational tasks for Institutional and Personal Retirement clients under Retirement & Personal Wealth Solutions (RPWS). The analyst will manage day-to-day client issue resolution, vendor oversight, and support various key operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Resolve complex client problems and escalated issues promptly and within SLAs.
- Maintain high-quality, courteous service for both internal associates and external clients.
- Track and report Siebel case metrics; coordinate with business partners and external vendors.
- Oversee and perform vendor functions ensuring SLA compliance.
- Support aged receivables tracking for 40+ clients; assist relationship managers in follow-ups.
- Conduct fulfillment mail quality assurance and peer reviews.
- Provide operational backup for HBS processes (e.g., debit card monitoring, billing, privacy mailings, ID verification).
- Assist with audits, regulatory assessments, and special projects as needed.
- Adapt to changing business needs and proactively assist teammates as workload shifts.

- Experience with SharePoint and document management
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree (strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with Consumer-Driven Healthcare Products (HSA, FSA, HRA)
