Job Summary
The Retirement Plan Associate plays a critical role within the Retirement Plan Services (RPS) division, supporting and advising corporate retirement plans through fiduciary governance, investment oversight, participant engagement, and regulatory compliance. This role serves as a key client-facing advisor and internal subject matter expert, partnering closely with Retirement Plan Principals, Wealth Advisors, and external service providers. In addition to overseeing plan reporting and administration, this position contributes to business development, client retention, advisor training, and strategic initiatives that enhance the firm's retirement plan advisory offering. The role requires advanced knowledge of 401(k) plan design, ERISA fiduciary standards, investment monitoring, and participant education.
Pay Range: $61,420 - $81,894 - $92,954
