Retread Tech-Buffer Operator

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retread Tech-Buffer Operator, located in Jacksonville, FL. The Retread Tech-Buffer Operator is responsible for preparing, inspecting, and buffering commercial truck tires for retreading. Daily tasks include performing tire inspections to identify defects, operating machinery to remove excess rubber, maintaining workspaces and equipment, and adhering to operational protocols and safety standards. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and collaboration with the retread team to ensure high-quality products.
