How You'll Contribute: - Review and assist with meeting space set-up prior to events
- Support guest check-in and check-out, remining on call through the duration of each stay
- Communicate with group leaders and team members via phone, text, and in person as needed
- Check in with guests during mealtimes to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
- Manage and adjust schedules in response to group or program needs
- Relay guest feedback, hosting updates, and operational needs to the manager
- Conduct general cleaning and upkeep of cabins and public buildings
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring to the Table: - Must be able to pass an organizational background study
- Be a minimum age of 18 years or older
- Previous customer service or event planning experience preferred
- Reliable transportation required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Physical demands
- Ability to see, hear, and communicate verbally
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to walk, sit, stand, bend, reach, and move continually during working hours
- Ability to feel objects and use fingers to operate tools and controls
