We are seeking a Return and Refurbishment Manager to join our team.  
You will share responsibilities in warehouse operations to ensure return processing and refurbishment efforts run smoothly and efficiently in a safe manner. Management of a small team is expected as well as being the liaison for the on-site contractors in the returns room.
A successful candidate will be organized, efficient with their time, and take ownership of the area and processes.
Good communication (both written and oral) and collaborative skills are a critical skill in this role.

Main Duties


•    Ensure B2B and B2C returns are audited and credited within the stated deadline. 
•    Accurately inspect and confirm contents of returned items and log all discrepancies digitally.
•    Responsible for all inventory associated with return room. 
•    Take ownership of all tickets / requests raised 
•    Daily reporting of forecasted targets with management 
•    Management and oversight of two full-time staff 
•   Monthly invoicing of completed work
•    Management of associated costs of the returns room 
•    Executing inventory is organized and prepared accurately and timely.
•    Creation of SLAs, both written and recorded of new and existing processes 
•    Coordination with warehouse and operations 
•    Ensuring the 3rd party contractors are compliant with requests and practices and act as the liaison for them.  
•    Adhere to all health and safety guidelines
•    Attention to detail is required
•    Must be available on weekends as needed



Key Attributes and Skills


•    Excellent verbal and written communications skills
•    1-2 years’ previous experience in a warehouse management role
•    Outside the box thinking is required to handle unique, multi-faceted problems. 
•    Strong Microsoft Suite experience and capability.
•    Excellent organizational skills 
•    Critical thinking capability 
•    Ability to prioritize without routine oversight and direction
•    Team first attitude 
•    Ability to delegate and hold others accountable


Previous management experience is strongly preferred. 
This role is salary plus quarterly bonus.
