Return from Store Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Return from Store (RFS) Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for receiving, processing, sorting, and disposing of store fixtures and materials that are no longer needed by retail locations.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding position that requires frequent lifting, moving, and handling of materials throughout the workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process fixtures and materials returned from retail stores.

• Sort, organize, and prepare fixtures for disposal, recycling, or other designated purposes.

• Safely lift, carry, move, and position fixtures and materials.

• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow all safety procedures and proper material-handling practices.

• Work efficiently to meet daily productivity goals.

• Perform additional warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform frequent lifting and physically demanding tasks.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the workday.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions.

• Previous warehouse, retail, material-handling, or fixture experience is a plus.
