1st Shift Mon - Fri 8AM-4PM $17.00 per hour

Location: Middletown, PA
Department: Warehouse Operations

Position Summary

The Returns Associate is responsible for processing returned merchandise accurately and efficiently. This role involves inspecting, scanning, sorting, and routing returned products while maintaining inventory accuracy and adhering to safety standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive and process returned merchandise.
• Open and inspect returned items for accuracy and condition.
• Verify products against return documentation.
• Scan merchandise using warehouse management systems.
• Sort and route products to appropriate destinations such as restock, salvage, recycle, research, or disposal.
• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory and processing records.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience handling returns processing preferred.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to use RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Forklift or material handling equipment experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to meet productivity and quality standards.
