    Job Description

    The Point Casino & Hotel is seeking an experienced Revenue Audit Manager to lead our Revenue Audit team. In this role, you'll oversee daily gaming and non-gaming revenue audits, ensure compliance with tribal, state, and federal regulations, and help maintain the financial integrity of one of the region's premier gaming destinations.

    What You'll Do

    • Lead and supervise the Revenue Audit department.
    • Manage daily gaming, cage, and non-gaming revenue audits.
    • Ensure compliance with MICS, NIGC regulations, Tribal Gaming Agency requirements, and internal controls.
    • Review reconciliations, journal entries, income journals, and audit reports.
    • Investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
    • Support month-end close and external audits.
    • Maintain Title 31 compliance within Revenue Audit operations.
    • Develop and improve audit procedures and internal controls.
    • Hire, train, coach, and develop Revenue Audit team members.
    • Partner with Finance, Compliance, and operational departments to ensure accurate reporting.

    We're Looking For

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Five or more years of progressive experience in casino revenue audit, accounting, finance, or gaming operations.
    • Two or more years of supervisory experience.
    • Knowledge of casino operations, gaming regulations, and internal controls.
    • Experience with casino management systems such as LNW, IGT, or similar software.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office experience.
