Backed by world-class investors.About the RoleWe're looking for a Revenue Cycle Analyst to lead our growing Revenue Cycle Management team. You'll report to our Director of RCM and help ensure billing for our customers is on-time and accurate. This role includes work across the entire revenue cycle with aspects of billing, follow up, and cash posting. This is a highly collaborative team with lots of opportunities to shape the direction of the Claims team and processes along with partnering with Product to ensure we are building the right tools.What you'll doReview, and submit claims for senior living health providers (specifically assisted living and skilled nursing / nursing home providers)Reconcile and balance remits to daily bank deposits and correctly apply cash to internal and external systems.Ensure coding and documentation compliance with CMS and payer-specific requirementsTrack claim statuses and remittancesWork denials and follow up with unpaid claims proactivelyEvaluate insurance operations and identify efficiency improvementsAnalyze EOBs and post manual paymentsWhat we're looking forAssociate's or bachelor's degree required, or 7 years direct and applicable experience.Minimum 5 years of experience in billing, claims follow up, denial management, and cash posting.Strong understanding of hospital, facility, and long term care/ SNF billing processes, Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, managed care plans, and private insurance billing.Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.What will make you stand outCertification in medical billing/coding (e.g., CRCR, CPC, CCA) is a plus.Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and clearinghouses.Experience with payer portals (Availity, Navinet, Provider One, PaySpan, etc.)Compensation Range$72,000 – $75,000 USDOur ValuesResilience: We don't give up.
