Key Responsibilities for the Revenue Cycle and Billing Director:
• Lead and optimize all Revenue Cycle operations from registration through collections
• Analyze KPIs, dashboards, denials, and reimbursement trends to drive performance
• Identify revenue leakage, improve collections, and streamline billing workflows
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of 6, driving accountability and results
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure compliance and process improvements
• Report key insights and performance metrics to executive leadership
• Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested
Qualifications for the Revenue Cycle and Billing Director:
• 7+ years of Revenue Cycle Management experience
• Experience with EMR systems (EClinicalWorks preferred; others accepted)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Strong background in billing operations, denials management, and revenue optimization
Salary: $125,000–$150,000
