Key Responsibilities for the Revenue Cycle & Billing Manager:



  • Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including billing, coding, collections, and AR

  • Lead, develop, and performance-manage supervisors and revenue cycle teams

  • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant claim submission and reimbursement across all service lines

  • Monitor coding accuracy, audits, denials, and reimbursement trends to maximize revenue

  • Direct billing, collections, sliding fee scale compliance, and payment plans

  • Manage month-end close activities and provide financial and operational reporting


Qualifications for the Revenue Cycle & Billing Manager:



  • Progressive leadership experience in revenue cycle or billing operations preferred

  • Keen attention to detail and highly organized
