As a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our financial processes. Be part of a dedicated team that ensures our patients receive the best care while maintaining a streamlined revenue cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire revenue cycle process from patient registration to final payment.
- Ensure accurate billing and coding for consultations and oral surgeries.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve billing discrepancies and improve processes.
- Review and analyze claims to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding claims.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients regarding their billing inquiries.
- Generate financial reports to track the performance of the revenue cycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations.
- Proven experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare billing.
- Strong knowledge of dental coding and billing procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in DSN Cloud and Google Suite.
- High school diploma required;..
