Revenue Cycle Manager (Healthcare | Medical Practice)
  • Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
  • Compensation: $125,000 – $135,000 annually

A growing multi-site healthcare organization is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end revenue cycle operations. This leadership role is responsible for driving performance across billing, accounts receivable (AR), denial management, reimbursement, and revenue integrity functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee revenue cycle functions including billing, eligibility, authorizations, charge entry, claims submission, payment posting, AR follow-up, denials, appeals, and collections
  • Support billing and AR staff, including supervisors and experienced team members
  • Monitor AR performance, including aging, DSO, denial rates, write-offs, and cash collections
  • Identify billing issues, payer delays, and workflow inefficiencies; support resolution efforts
  • Improve billing and AR workflows to enhance reimbursement and reduce delays
  • Assist with denial management and revenue integrity initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with payer rules, billing guidelines, and documentation standards
  • Partner with leadership on reporting, systems, and process improvements
  • Support audits, reporting, and multi-site operational needs as assigned

Qualifications
  • 3–6+ years of healthcare revenue cycle, billing, or AR experience in a medical practice or healthcare setting
  • Experience with billing, AR, denials, or reimbursement processes
  • Prior experience leading or supporting staff
  • Strong understanding of revenue cycle KPIs (AR aging, DSO, denials, cash posting)
