Job Summary
The Revenue Cycle Manager oversees all business and front office operations, including billing, reimbursement, collections, and revenue cycle systems. This leader ensures accurate and timely charge capture, claim submission, and reporting to optimize reimbursement and reduce accounts receivable.
Reporting directly into practice leadership, this role supervises Accounts Receivable and the Front Office Supervisor, while leading strategic initiatives to improve efficiency, compliance, and overall financial performance.

Compensation
Pay Range: $100,000 – $125,000 + Performance Management Bonus Opportunity (PMBO)
The actual hiring rate may vary based on experience, education, and demonstrated performance.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing revenue cycle team, including Billers, Insurance Specialists, Payment Posters, Eligibility Specialists, and Coders
- Oversee charge capture and coding operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Drive strategic revenue cycle initiatives including process redesign, workflow optimization, and technology utilization
- Own and deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue capture, collections, AR performance, and compliance
- Optimize point-of-service collections and front-end financial processes
- Monitor, analyze, and report on revenue cycle metrics; provide actionable insights to leadership
- Partner with physicians, operational leaders, and RBO management to identify risks and implement performance improvements
- Ensure compliance with Practice and The US Oncology Network policies, as well as state and federal regulations
- Lead onboarding and ongoing development for direct and indirect reports
- Develop training programs and reinforce consistent, best-practice workflows across the team
Qualifications:
What You Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- 8–10 years of progressive multi-specialty revenue cycle management experience, with a proven track record of achieving results
- 4+ years of leadership experience, including coaching, developing, and managing teams
- Deep knowledge of revenue cycle operations, payer regulations, and reimbursement methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive accountability
