ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
– Three years of experience, developing, planning and facilitating training materials, performance improvement and program management required.
Strong analytical, oral, and written communication & presentation skills required.
– Three years of revenue cycle related functions in conjunction with training preferred.
Ability to demonstrate experience in developing and conducting employee training programs required.
Experience using Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft office, Visio, and Microsoft Word Required.
Experience with software related to developing training and other virtual training materials required.
CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE
Healthcare revenue cycle related certification or an equivalently designated certification approved by management required within 1 year.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Passing the Driver’s License Check and/or Credit Check (for those positions requiring).
Passing the WI Caregiver Background Check and/or IL Health Care Workers Background Check.
Must be able to follow written/oral instructions.
PAY RANGE:
$23.18 - $34.78
