Revenue Cycle Trainer

The Revenue Cycle Trainer develops, delivers, and maintains training programs that strengthen competency and consistency across revenue cycle operations. This role serves as a senior individual contributor and subject matter resource for onboarding, workflow education, system training, competency support, and process-change education related to patient access, authorization, billing, claims, follow-up, denials, reimbursement, and related revenue cycle technology platforms. Annual Salary Range: $83,116.80 - $132,995.20 Qualification Education: Requires bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Health Information Management, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and directly related revenue cycle, healthcare operations, or training experience may be considered. Experience Requires three (3) years of revenue cycle, patient access, billing, claims, denials, reimbursement, health information management, or related healthcare revenue cycle experience. Experience developing, delivering, or maintaining training materials, job aids, workflow education, system training, or competency support for adult learners. Experience using revenue cycle technology platforms, LMS tools, Microsoft Office applications, or related systems to support training delivery, documentation, and follow-up. Experience supporting Epic or comparable revenue cycle technology workflows. Experience with instructional design, e-learning tools, virtual training delivery, quality review, process improvement, or change-management support Certification/Licensure: Epic certification or credential related to revenue cycle application training is preferred. HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR), AAHAM certification, or Association for Talent Development (ATD) certification.
