Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function.
• Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.
• Experience with programming (i.e. SQL).

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience drawing on technical expertise and AI to drive data analysis and insights for executive audiences.
• Experience managing operations and projects with competing resources and priorities.
• Experience solving fast-moving and complex problems while navigating large data sets and refining ambiguous questions.
• Experience learning new analytical techniques, coding frameworks, and teaching others.
• Experience adapting to shifting business priorities in an unstructured environment.

As a Financial Analyst, your work, whether its modeling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics, is used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions. Working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to take on big picture challenges.

As someone who knows the workings of the core Finance team inside and out, youll lead individual projects to transform planning, tracking and control processes. Youll provide senior level management with insightful recommendations, planning and reporting support.

As a Revenue Insights Analyst, you'll be in a high-impact analyst role at the core of our Display and App Ads team, owning the development, reporting, and analysis of the Profit and Loss (P&L) as well as supporting the unbiased financial narrative across revenue and cost pillars. You will be the analytical engine that helps Ads leads focus their resourcing on highest potential opportunities, influence roadmap and pivot strategy. You will have the opportunity to partner with Product Management (PM), Engineering, and Sales Strategy (GPS) teams to help guide executive decisions.

As an analyst on the Knowledge and Information (K&I) Ads Finance team, you should be experienced with and passionate about using data to solve complex business questions and drive recommendations. In this role, you will be equally comfortable with analyzing business trends, building and maintaining revenue and cost infrastructure, writing code to mine insights, and communicating findings to senior executives.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $95000 - $135000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

• Be the analytical engine underpinning the Display and Apps P&L, applying analytical techniques to understand how machine investment, product/feature launches, market trends, and resourcing translate to business economics.
• Serve as a Finance partner to executive leaders across the Display and Apps organization, providing financial oversight, multi-year forecasting, resource allocation, and annual planning cycles.
• Partner closely with Product/Engineering, Controllership, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to drive financial performance from Revenue to Operating Profit.
• Drive high-impact insights and analysis to support the Ads business and guide Product and Sales strategy by presenting key insights, trends, and growth opportunities to leadership.
• Build and maintain scalable financial tools and infrastructure (e.g., datasets, dasnavs/dashboards, financial models) to streamline processes across revenue and cost pillars using technical expertise and AI.
