The Revenue Operations Analyst reports to the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations and plays a hands-on execution role on revenue operations. This position is ideal for an early-career professional eager to build foundational skills across revenue operations within a fast-paced, PE-backed software company. You will help keep our go-to-market engine running smoothly by maintaining clean data, supporting territory and Salesforce updates, producing light analytics and reporting, and serving as an operational point of contact for our partner community.
Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day tasks including territory updates, account and opportunity record management, and data hygiene
- Support the maintenance of partner records, agreements, and pipeline data within Salesforce and related systems
- Serve as a responsive operational point of contact for partner inquiries, routing and resolving questions in coordination with the broader RevOps
- Assist in building and maintaining reports and dashboards that track partner performance, pipeline health, and sales KPIs
- Support the execution of go-to-market processes including lead routing, territory alignment, and forecast data integrity
- Help document and improve operational processes and workflows across the revenue and partner operations functions
- Assist in administering partner program logistics including tracking partner activity, communications, and compliance with program requirements
- Contribute to ad hoc analytical projects and data pulls in support of sales leadership and RevOps initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 0–2 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or a related field
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms (hands-on experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with reporting tools a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Location: Tampa, FL
In-office requirement: 2 days a week
While we offer workplace flexibility, this role currently requires onsite presence two days per week at our Tampa office to support team alignment and cross-functional collaboration. Please note that in-office requirements are subject to change.
