Careerscape is supporting a client opening for an On-site Entry-Level Revenue Operations Associate. This role focuses on supporting revenue-generating teams through data management, reporting, process optimization, and operational support.

Responsibilities
- Support daily revenue operations activities and initiatives
- Maintain and update CRM records and sales databases
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Assist with sales pipeline and forecasting activities

- Support process improvement projects across revenue teams
- Analyze operational data and generate business insights
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, Analytics, Marketing, or related field)
- 0–2 years of experience in administration, operations, customer service, or support roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and data
