About the role:
The Revenue Operations Coordinator serves as the central coordination point for Divcon’s rapidly growing deal pipeline. Acting as an operational “air traffic controller,” this role ensures that every opportunity moves efficiently from qualification through contract execution. Responsibilities include managing deal desk operations, supporting pipeline governance, coordinating cross‑functional inputs, and ensuring timely visibility into deal progression for executive leadership.
This position works closely with Sales, Legal, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to verify deal qualification, manage approval workflows, monitor contract status, and maintain accurate CRM data. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, exhibits exceptional organizational skills, and maintains a proactive and solutions‑oriented communication style.
