Revenue Operations & CRM Intern

As a Revenue Operations & CRM Intern, youll work directly with our CRM Administration and Revenue Operations teams to improve the systems, data, and processes that power our sales organization. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to enterprise CRM platforms, revenue operations strategy, data governance, process optimization, and emerging AI-driven business tools.

Work Locations: We are looking for candidates local to the Alpharetta Georgia area who are interested in working a hybrid/remote schedule. Candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States. This role is not eligible for relocation assistance or visa sponsorship.

What Youll Do

Support CRM data quality, maintenance, and reporting across Salesforce, HubSpot, and related systems. Partner with the CRM Admin team to document CRM processes, workflows, integrations, and system dependencies. Assist with CRM optimization initiatives, including field cleanup, governance standards, and object reviews across our six CRM platforms. Help test, validate, and troubleshoot CRM integrations and data synchronization activities. Contribute to strategic projects that improve CRM consistency, user experience, reporting accuracy, and sales team productivity.

What Were Looking For Required Qualifications

Rising senior pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and business applications Strong communication and problem solving skills

Eager to learn new technologies and business processes Interest in Revenue Operations, CRM systems, applied AI and process improvement
