    About The Role

    We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join our Sales team as a Revenue Operations Specialist for the Mid-Market (MM) segment. In this salaried, full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing sales processes, enabling data-driven decision-making, and driving revenue growth. You will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to improve efficiencies and ensure that our revenue operations align with the company's strategic goals. This is an exciting opportunity to impact an essential function of our business and help shape the future success of the organization.


    What You'll Do

    • Develop and implement scalable processes to optimize sales operations for the Mid-Market segment.
    • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align revenue strategies with business goals.
    • Manage and maintain the sales CRM system to ensure data cleanliness, accuracy, and integrity.
    • Design regular sales performance reports and dashboards to track KPIs and revenue forecasts.
    • Support the sales team with process improvements, tools, and training to enhance productivity.
    • Identify and address bottlenecks in the sales cycle and recommend solutions to enhance efficiencies.
    • Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and retention.
    • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in revenue operations to continuously improve systems and strategies.


    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role within a sales-driven organization.
    • Strong understanding of sales processes, revenue forecasting, and pipeline management.
    • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or similar).
    • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
    • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with acute attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
    • Experience working in a mid-market sales environment is a plus.
    • Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills being a bonus.
