Job Summary:For our client, this role focuses on the New Product Introduction lifecycle, specifically validating revenue flow and financial impact for UAT projects. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, interpreting data and applying revenue recognition expertise to define solutions. This position requires advanced Excel skills and a strong understanding of ASC 606, particularly for SaaS models.
Key Responsibilities:- Validate data flow, revenue results, and finance impact for new product UAT projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Order Fulfillment, IT, Project Management, and Sales Ops.
- Interpret data and propose solutions based on revenue expertise during regular team meetings.
- Develop Excel formulas and templates to support data analysis and facilitate professional judgment.
- Ensure revenue recognition compliance with ASC 606 standards for new product implementations.
Must-Have Skills:- Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition, particularly for Software as a Service (SaaS).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data manipulation.
- Ability to navigate and leverage data from various systems like SAP and Salesforce.
Domain/Industry Experience:Software as a Service (SaaS) is specifically mentioned. Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) is also a key requirement.
