This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working three days onsite, with one mandatory day on Wednesdays in Somerset, and two days at another nearby pharmaceutical location.

As a Revenue Reconciliation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing revenue reconciliation accounts for our valued customers. Your expertise will drive the investigation, analysis, and timely resolution of customer deductions and claims. You'll collaborate with internal and external partners to implement process improvements and achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage deductions and disputes to meet metrics and goals.
• Oversee debit and credit transactions, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Maintain customer accounts according to department policies and procedures.
• Utilize Microsoft and business applications like SAP for data analysis.
• Participate in and lead customer-specific initiatives and projects.
• Prepare and present information across organizational levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Business.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel vLookups and pivot tables.
• Experience with SAP and other business applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferences

• Experience in Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, or Supply Chain.
• LEAN/SIX SIGMA / APICS training or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of SOX, GCC, and/or GMP requirements.
