We are hiring Revenue Strategy Senior Manager and Director roles to lead initiatives that shape how the business plans, operates, and evolves. This role will partner across teams to drive complex, cross-functional work forward. The work may span larger multi-year transformations, field activation against those changes, and establishing rigor and agents in our sales teams to accelerate revenue. In this role, you will bring sound judgment and point of view, define enterprise guardrails, resolve cross-organizational trade-offs, and influence senior stakeholders to deliver durable, scalable outcomes across segments.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field
3+ years experience in Near Term Strategy (1\u20132 years out), Management Consulting, or Finance
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 5+ years of marketing, strategy, sales, sales leadership, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience
OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field AND 7+ years of marketing, strategy, sales, sales leadership, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience
Experience influencing business leaders and driving alignment across complex, cross-functional teams without direct authority in matrixed environments
Experience operating at the intersection of strategy, planning, and field execution within large, enterprise-scale organizations
Ability to translate strategic direction into clear, actionable plans that drive business impact
Experience leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) tools and methodologies to drive business insights, operational efficiency, or strategic decision-making
Sales Strategy Enablement IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
