How you''ll contribute to our mission
At Frontline Education, we're looking for a curious and thoughtful Sales Operations Analyst to help our teams work smarter and more effectively. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of strategy, process, and technology, helping transform data into meaningful insights that guide decisions across our revenue organization.
You'll partner closely with teams across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Client Services to streamline how work gets done, uncover opportunities for improvement, and support the responsible use of technology in ways that keep people at the center. Your work will help ensure that the tools and processes we build ultimately support educators and the students they serve.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000 per year, based on experience, skills, and internal equity
This role is also eligible for additional benefits, including bonus opportunities, 401(k) match, employee stock purchase plan, and comprehensive health coverage. Team members may also take advantage of personalized time off and tuition reimbursement for eligible learning opportunities.
