Your Tasks
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Own reverse logistics KPIs and dashboards across customers, distributors, and 3PL partners
- Analyze gaps between deductions, returns, and credits to identify leakage drivers and root causes
- Track return lifecycle performance to improve timeliness, accuracy, and financial reconciliation
Performance Management
- Support performance tracking and provide insights on reclamation provider performance, service, and operational alignment
- Monitor SLA adherence and highlight performance gaps to support resolution with external partners
- Support continuous improvement initiatives with analysis and recommendations to drive process efficiency and cost savings
Financial Reconciliation
- Supports reconciliation of customer deductions against physical returns and credits issued
- Investigate discrepancies and facilitate resolution across internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze end-to-end reverse logistics costs to drive visibility into total cost-to-serve and identify savings opportunities
Return Governance
- Validate and monitor return adherence to contractual policies, timelines, and processes
- Identify and surface process and compliance deviations, enabling cross-functional alignment on appropriate actions
- Support coordination of the end-to-end return lifecycle to maximize value recovery and support accurate reconciliation
Continous Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies, conduct root cause analysis, and support improvements to reduce waste, cost, and complexity
- Support process mapping, documentation, and standardization of procedures, controls, and escalation frameworks
- Support the Sr. Manager on projects and other duties as assigned in alignment with business and organizational priorities
Systems Support
- Support supply chain systems initiatives, including process enhancements, integrations, and EDI-related activities
- Assist with data validation, inventory reconciliation, and root cause analysis of system-driven discrepancies
- Collaborate to improve data visibility, reporting capabilities, and system accuracy across reverse logistics processes

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical and data management skills (Excel required; SAP/ERP preferred)
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights
- Financial Acumen & experience collaborating cross functionally
- High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and operational discipline
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated experience in supply chain, logistics, finance operations or similar.
- Field Experience in Reverse Logistics, CPG, retail, or distribution preferred
Base Salary Range: $65,700-95,200
Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills and other factors. Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility.
