Reverse Logistics Lead About the Role We're looking for a hands-on Reverse Logistics Lead to help oversee our returns operation and support the day-to-day success of our warehouse team. In this role, you'll help ensure returned products are processed accurately, inventory remains organized, and quality standards are consistently met. You'll work closely with warehouse associates, provide training and coaching, help solve operational challenges, and step into a leadership role when the supervisor is away.
