Revit Architect – Healthcare (Full Time, Florida) 6343

Are you a highly experienced Revit Architect who knows how to put a building together from the inside out — details, documents, and all? We're looking for a senior Revit Architect with a strong healthcare background to jump into an active project in Florida and deliver permit-ready documentation within a tight, defined timeline.

This is a full-time remote engagement for approximately 3 weeks, ideal for someone who hits the ground running, works independently, and produces high-quality Construction Documents without hand-holding.

What you'll do:

• Develop and refine 3D models during Design Development phases.

• Produce full Construction Document sets for General Contractor coordination.

• Prepare Permit sets for submission to local Florida authorities.

• Pick up and incorporate redlines accurately and efficiently.

• Draft architectural details in Revit with precision and code compliance.

• Ensure all documentation meets healthcare facility standards and local regulations.

• Collaborate directly with the client and respond to feedback throughout the engagement.

What you must have:

• Proven experience as a senior Revit Architect on healthcare projects.

• Deep knowledge of how buildings go together — structural, envelope, interiors, and details.

• Strong proficiency in Revit for both modeling and full CD production.

• Experience preparing permit sets for Florida jurisdictions is a plus.

• Ability to pick up redlines and translate them into clean, updated drawings quickly.

• Advanced English proficiency.

• Ability to work full-time remotely, manage tight deadlines, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
