Revit/AutoCAD Production Specialist — Commercial Aquatics

What you will do

• Create detailed 2D plans, elevations, and sections, plus 3D models, for commercial pool and water-feature projects.
• Translate redlines, notes, and early concepts into fully detailed drawing sets using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit.
• Collaborate daily with architects, engineers, and project managers to confirm design intent and constructability.
• Verify dimensions, materials, and tolerances to prevent rework and ensure alignment with structural, manufacturing, and regulatory codes.
• Standardize documentation: layers, line weights, text, styles, and sheet set configurations.
• Manage revisions promptly and document changes for field and client approvals.
• Catalog and archive drawings and models within BIM/PLM/internal file-sharing systems.

What you need to succeed

• Expertise in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or MicroStation.
• Exceptional spatial reasoning and the ability to convert complex 3D geometry into clear 2D documentation.
• Knowledge of drafting conventions and ASME/ANSI/local building codes.
• Accuracy in geometry, dimensioning, and GD&T.
• Obsessive attention to detail in line work and annotations.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating blueprint updates.
• Ability to prioritize and hit multiple deadlines.

Education & Experience

• Associate degree, technical certificate, or diploma in Drafting, CAD Design, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional drafting experience in manufacturing, construction, or engineering settings.
• Portfolio of 3–5 real-world samples showcasing your drafting/modeling capability.
• ADDA certification or Autodesk badges are a plus.
