    Revit Drafter

     Direct Start is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Drafter to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Drafter, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in drafting and a passion for detail-oriented work. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with engineers and architects to create accurate and detailed technical drawings for construction projects - Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce 2D and 3D drawings - Review and analyze technical specifications and blueprints to ensure accuracy and completeness - Make necessary revisions and modifications to drawings as needed - Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation - Communicate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of drawings - Stay updated on industry standards and best practices for drafting and design - Participate in project meetings and provide input and suggestions for improvement - Adhere to company and industry safety standards and regulations Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in drafting, architecture, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in drafting, preferably in the construction industry - Proficient in CAD software, such as AutoCAD and Revit - Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise drawings - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Knowledge of construction materials and methods is a plus - Familiarity with building codes and regulations - Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and technology We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
