Job Description:
- Drafting/modeling and administering minor adjustments to design development drawings and complete construction drawings.
- Independently execute assignments and arrive at solutions (with direction) on project.
- Ensure compliance of construction documents and details to meet code and best practices.
- Attend project conference calls and in-house (Teams) meetings, as required, to resolve project issues and coordinate to schedule.
- Review accuracy of calculations, square footages, building code, zoning, and city ordinance compliance, plans and completed reports.
Requirements for this Position:
- Solid grasp of architectural design processes and knowledge of construction methods, materials, and means.
- Understanding of design-to-detail processes and required annotation at each level.
- Time management skills with the ability to transition between projects/tasks quickly, problem-solve, and understand the shortest paths.
- Strong Architectural background preferred, especially in mixed-use and multi-family residential.
- At minimum, Intermediate Revit skills (assessment test will be administered).
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
