RevOps Business Process Architect

The Revenue Operations Business Process Architect is responsible for designing and governing scalable, end-to-end revenue operations processes that enable efficient growth across the revenue organization. This role serves as the strategic owner of revenue operations process architecture, translating business strategy into standardized operating models that improve operational efficiency, data integrity, customer experience, and organizational scalability.

Working with revenue operations business partners across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and growth teams, the Business Process Architect partners closely with the Revenue Operations Business Process Analysts and Workflow Automation Architect to transform business needs into sustainable operational capabilities. The Business Process Architect defines the future-state process architecture, establishes governance standards, prioritizes improvement initiatives with revenue operations product managers, and ensures that process changes support enterprise objectives.

Unlike Sales Process Management roles, which focus on optimizing seller execution and sales operations, this role owns the design and governance of cross-functional business processes that span the entire revenue lifecycle. This is a Hybrid position based on-site three days per week in NA based office.
