RevOps Business Process Architect

The Revenue Operations Business Process Architect designs and governs scalable, end-to-end revenue processes that enable efficient growth across the revenue organization. This role translates business strategy into standardized operating models that improve efficiency, data integrity, customer experience, and scalability.

Working across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and other growth functions, the Business Process Architect partners with Revenue Operations Business Process Analysts and the Workflow Automation Architect to translate business needs into sustainable operational capabilities. The role defines future-state process architecture, establishes governance standards, and partners with Revenue Operations Product Managers to prioritize improvements and ensure process changes align with enterprise objectives.

Unlike Sales Process Management roles, which primarily focus on seller execution and sales operations, this role owns the design and governance of cross-functional processes spanning the full revenue lifecycle.

This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week onsite at a North America-based office.
