What You Will Do
Design and implement backend systems using Python and JavaScript to support operational workflows.
Develop and maintain REST APIs to facilitate seamless integration between various platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the functionality of Salesforce and HubSpot systems.
Automate processes using Zapier to improve efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
Analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Contribute to the development of scalable solutions that support the company’s growth objectives.
Ideal Candidate Background
2–10 years of experience in backend engineering with a strong focus on Python and JavaScript.
Proficient in developing REST APIs and integrating with platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot.
Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, enhancing operational efficiency.
Solid understanding of software development best practices and agile methodologies.
Preferred
Familiarity with Apex programming for Salesforce customization.
Experience in the healthcare industry or with enterprise-level B2B solutions.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
Compensation and Benefits
