JOB SUMMARY\n \nAs a certified Eddy Current Level IIA or higher data analyst experienced in heat exchanger ET tubing inspection, you will join our Global Inspection Services Group as an ET RevospECT Data Analyst. You will receive advanced training on our RevospECT Automated Data Analysis software platform, becoming a rare expert in this field. Then you will deploy Zetec\u2019s RevospECT software at customer\u2019s inspection sites throughout the world (or from your remote office anywhere in the world).\n \nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS\n \nOperate the RevospECT system (aka - Dashboard Operations) during inspections. This entails directing production according to setup configurations, calibrating, monitoring alerts, and monitoring server optimization \nInstall, configure, and testing of RevospECT hardware, software, and networking equipment at customer sites \nSupport Product Test and V&V (Verification & Validation) activities\n \nIn support of sales activities, conduct product demonstrations, both independently and as part of a team\n \nCoordinate with customer to establish inspection requirements and collect historical data. \nCreate and test data set-ups, detection set-ups and final detection set-ups based on site-specific information. \nPrepare Corrective/Preventative Action Requests (C/PAR) outlining customer issues, as required. \nCommunicate customer requests for product improvements to Product Management, Sales, and Marketing \nCross train in all interfacing technologies, including equipment, and software, to be able to function as an Integrated Solutions Expert for Company products and services\n \nSpecial projects as assigned\n \nRespond to change productively \nOther duties as required in support of the department and the company\n \nSUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES\n \nThis job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.\n \nQUALIFICATIONS \nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\n \nThe individual holding this position must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified matter, which include US citizenship and being subject to a federal background investigation.\n \nET Level IIA/QDA with at least 10 years of Steam Generator or other Heat Exchangers tubing inspection data analysis experience \nAdvanced understanding of eddy current test method as applied in steam generator tubing inspections \nStrong project management capabilities including scheduling, risk identification/mitigation, communication, teambuilding and cost estimation/tracking \nProficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project & Outlook \nStrong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable expressing ideas/opinions to groups of individuals at various levels within Zetec and/or customer organizations \nStrong understanding of Windows 7/10 OS and PC networking\n \nAble to perform frequently complex analysis of problems and/or data and present recommended solutions\n \nEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE\n \n10 years\u2019 experience working as a LIIA/QDA Data analyst \nExperience as an IQDA is a plus. \nExperience as a level III is a plus. \nExperience as a Resolution Analyst is a plus. \nExperience as a IQDA is a plus. \nExperience as a data manager or systems administrator on a nuclear steam generator eddy current inspection is a plus. \nAssociate degree in an engineering discipline; equivalent combination of training and/or education or 2-year NDE certificate is a plus \nExperience in the US military is a plus \nFormal certification/training/experience as an instructor in a technical environment is a plus\n \nUnescorted access at a US nuclear utility in the last 365 days is a plus \nCurrent or recent (within last 2 years) DOD clearance is a plus \nPrevious unescorted access at a nuclear utility in the last 365 days is a plus\n \nCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS\n \nN/A\n \nLANGUAGE SKILLS\n \nAbility to read, write, speak and understand English\n \nPHYSICAL DEMANDS and WORK ENVIRONMENT \nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
