This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established Reward function, taking responsibility for key reward and performance programmes that support business growth, employee engagement and a high-performance culture.
Working closely with senior leaders across the business, you'll combine strategic oversight with operational delivery, ensuring reward and performance practices are effective, commercially focused and consistently applied.
As Reward & Performance Manager, you'll play a central role in delivering and enhancing the organisation's reward offering while helping to strengthen the link between business performance, individual contribution and reward outcomes.
