Reward & Performance Manager

Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Benefits

We're partnering with a confidential global organisation to appoint a Reward & Performance Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established Reward function, taking responsibility for key reward and performance programmes that support business growth, employee engagement and a high-performance culture.

Working closely with senior leaders across the business, you'll combine strategic oversight with operational delivery, ensuring reward and performance practices are effective, commercially focused and consistently applied.

The Role

As Reward & Performance Manager, you'll play a central role in delivering and enhancing the organisation's reward offering while helping to strengthen the link between business performance, individual contribution and reward outcomes.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the delivery of annual and in-year reward activities, including bonus and performance review cycles.
  • Reviewing and enhancing reward and performance frameworks to ensure they remain fit for purpose and aligned with business priorities.
  • Partnering with HR and senior leaders to support consistent and effective performance and reward decisions.
  • Providing specialist guidance on reward-related matters, including complex or high-profile cases.
  • Using internal data and external market insights to shape recommendations and support decision making.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve reward processes, governance and the overall employee experience.
  • Ensuring reward programmes are delivered in line with internal controls and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Leading and developing a small team while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

About You

You'll be an experienced Reward professional who is comfortable operating in a large, complex organisation and enjoys building strong relationships across the business.

You'll bring:

  • Strong experience across reward, compensation and performance management.
  • A track record of delivering annual reward reviews and variable pay programmes.
  • The ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide commercially balanced advice.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to support reward decisions.
  • Experience working with HR systems such as Workday or similar platforms.
  • Previous people management experience, with a focus on developing capability within a team.
  • An understanding of reward governance and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • A collaborative approach and a passion for improving how reward and performance support organisational success.

This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact within a global organisation where Reward is viewed as a strategic partner to the business. You'll work with experienced leaders, influence key decisions and help shape the future direction of reward and performance.
