Now Hiring: Finishing (Rewind) Operator – 2nd Shift

Location: Green Bay, WI
Pay: $17.00–$19.00+/hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Finishing (Rewind) Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining rewind equipment while ensuring finished products meet quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with machine operating experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment.

Previous printing industry experience is not required—training is provided for motivated individuals with manufacturing or machine operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate rewind/finishing equipment efficiently and safely
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Read work orders and follow production specifications
• Perform measurements and basic calculations to verify product requirements
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and notify maintenance when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating experience preferred
• Printing or converting experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
