We are hiring a reliable Rewind Operator for the 3rd shift in Green Bay, WI, working Sunday–Thursday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, earning $17–$20/hour based on experience.
Training will occur on 1st shift before transitioning to 3rd shift.
Key responsibilities include setting up and operating rewind/finishing equipment, inspecting labels for quality, following production specs, completing documentation, performing basic maintenance, and supporting process improvements.
Candidates should have strong attention to detail, basic math and measurement skills, the ability to work independently, good communication, and reliability.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and proficiency in English. Preferred experience includes 1+ year in printing or manufacturing and familiarity with Lean principles.
