Rewind Operator – 3rd Shift

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and want to grow their careers in the printing and packaging industry.

As a Rewind Operator, you'll be part of the finishing team responsible for inspecting and preparing high-quality labels for final delivery. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and consistency are key.

Green Bay, WI Sunday – Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM $17–$20/hour (based on experience) Try-Before-Hire

Training Requirement

• Initial training will take place on 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM) before transitioning to 3rd shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain rewind/finishing equipment
• Inspect finished labels for defects and ensure quality standards are met
• Follow finishing specifications and production priorities
• Complete required documentation accurately
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support Lean initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and ability to read a ruler
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Education & Requirements

• Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
  • Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Preferred:
  • 1+ year of printing or related manufacturing experience
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
