Load and thread paper yarn spools into machines
Start and monitor machines during operation
Splice paper yarn and rolls with tape as needed
Remove finished coils and pack into boxes
Complete production and quality control paperwork
Keep equipment and work area clean
Follow safety procedures and wear PPE
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Ability to work overtime, Saturdays, and holidays as needed
Able to stand and walk for extended periods
Able to lift 210 lbs continuously and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Must follow company safety policies and regulations
