Rewinder Operator

Express Employment Professionals is working with a manufacturing facility specializing in producing high-impact decorative labels and flexible packaging. They use flexographic and digital print technologies to create products to serve food, beverage, and consumer goods markets.

Rewinder Operator Job Highlights
  • Evaluation-to-Hire
  • Shift to be determined between 2nd & 3rd shift (will train on 1st)
  • Pay: $17-20/hour
  • Location: Green Bay, WI
Rewinder Operator Job Summary: The Rewinder performs manual and machine operator tasks related to rewind operations. This position will also inspect labels for errors and defects and package finished product produced off label printing equipment.

Rewinder Operator Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Identify, recommend and implement areas for lean and continuous improvement/modification.
  • Ensure processes are clearly managed, followed, monitored and inspected.
  • Work closely with teams/departments to create an environment that supports workflow and continuous improvements of all pressroom operations.
  • Prepare and maintain appropriate documentation.
  • Work safely, abide by and promote established safety policies and procedures. Identify and follow-up on unsafe conditions.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
