Rework Assembler 1st Shift

Flexible Hours: 7 am 4 pm or 8 am to 5 pm, 1 Hour lunch
Dress: casual closed-toe shoes
Phone interview, if all goes well, In-Person interview

Skills Needed:
Microsoft Office
Excel - Data entry of serial numbers
Must have an electronics background/PC Boards

Temp work responsibilities for the 4-port rework.
Assembler:
Open the box and remove the 12 DRUs. Keeping the packaging.
Cut off the 3 cable ties on each unit. Open the units and remove the screws on the 2 30-amp relay boards.: Keep track of the screws when disassembling the units, and deposit them in the green bins. They will be needed for re-assembly.
Place the open DRUs, box with packing material, and green bins with screws on the roll-around cart.
After the units are finished, torque the 30-amp connector on the relay boards, and scan the serial number on the tracking sheet. and attach the revision sticker
Return the units to the original box. Place a Red Dot sticker and a Rev label on the box, then add it to the finished goods skids for shipping preparation.
