Responsibilities include performing complex assembly, rework, and inspection of printed circuit boards, following procedures and visual aids. Tasks involve soldering components, ECO rework, component addition/removal, repairing boards, BGA removal/replacement, and ensuring quality standards per IPC guidelines.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of experience in electronics assembly, soldering, and rework, with IPC 7711/7721 certification preferred. Additional skills include knowledge of ISO standards, ESD training, and ability to interpret test procedures.
